PVZ Ortho is run and owned by Pieter van Zyl. He is a passionate medical Orthotist and Prosthetist, who specializes in biomechanics and GAIT (a person's manner of walking) patterns.
At PVZ Ortho we aim to create a peaceful environment to heal. We focus on evaluating a person's specific needs and applying our manufacturing skills to fill that need. We like to build on old teachings, with new techniques, materials, and technologies.
At PVZ Ortho, we assist anyone with a physical disability, be it big, small, temporary, or chronic. Our passion lies in helping people live a better life.
We love to work with multi-disciplinary teams on more complex cases, like physiotherapists, biokinetics, occupational therapists, orthopedic specialists, and dieticians.
We only work on an appointment basis, to ensure proper attention is given to each individual client and their specific needs.
We are located in the Brackenfell area, but we service an array of clients of a wide radius in the Western Cape.
